There's very few people who I'd consider worthy of looking up to.  Although that list is slim and only features a few, Steve Stoute is hands down on the list.

 From a record label executive, to becoming one of the most innovative figures in the marketing industry – Steve "The Commissioner" Stoute is definitely someone to do your homework on.
