Kanye West Clears Up Rumors about Him Designing Jordan Sneaker

When I first read the rumor of Kanye West designing a sneaker w/ Jordan via Mediatakeout, I didn't pay it too much attention - I mean afterall, it's MTO for cryin' out loud.

It wasn't until I seen it on Hypebeast, I thought maybe there is some sort of credibility to it? The Air Yeezy's are hot, and the Louis Vuitton Dons are incredible - so just imagine what a Kanye West x Jordan collaboration would be like?

Unfortunately the rumor isn't true. Kanye West replied on his blog, "I LOVE NIKE AND I LOVED CREATING WITH THEM BUT THERE HASN'T BEEN A CONVO WITH BRAND JORDAN.... NIKE AND BRAND JORDAN ARE 2 DIFFERENT COMPANIES."

Though the rumor isn't true right now, if Jordan Brand wasn't smart - a light bulb would have clicked and that meeting would be set up as soon as Monday, I'm just sayin!
